what do you want in free host ?

cPanel , fantastico ( required for wordpress) , good uptime,relevant ftp (i've seen many of the free hosting website has a problem with ftp uploading, when ever i try to upload my database content, it stops at the halfway), must be secure, latests updates for mysql and php.

I am looking for a good free music hosting site that I can upload a song to and use on my My Space page. The trick is that most of the free hosting websites limit the size of the uploads. Most songs I want to use are 2 - 4 meg. Any ideas of how to overcome this? And I do not want to use the songs in My Space!

That's a MUST have for me.

I would have said the same thing. Recently, I started using Fantastico with my paid host and would never accept an alternative for free or paid hosting sites. Fantastic is the best script provider. I like their style! My current host provider auto installed both my Word Press and my SMF forum using Fantastico. If I wanted, they would install Joomla. It's a very nice deal. For sure, Fantastico is a must have. Also, I would need MySQL database access. That's a given for a forum owner.
