Dnscoop is a good tool but the valuation is never real with these automated valuators. It's always best to do a manual valuation for a site/domain.

i dont think dnscoop is valid in prognosis. my every site worth in thousands but in reality i cant get mayb XXX$ for them. but i use it from time to time to find some information about my concurent sites.
