i am willing to purchase a hosting and now i have one option and that is 1and1
but i hear a mix opinion about them, please help me what are the issues that i can have if i use them also i will be paying through paypal. |

I didnt try that till now bcoz i got many openions tht godaddy is the only best.

We had 1and1 for a little bit. It wasn't too bad for webhosting, but I looked around a bit more and wound up at PolurNet. For domains, 1and1 is really bad. I wouldn't recommend them.
Perhaps you can find a way to pay by NP$ or by Paypal with the server offers here and/or at NamePros. |

I've heard of them being not willing to release the domains even though you are the true owner of them. I've also heard of them billing you, and even if you cancel service, they don't actually cancel it and send it to collections and all that mess. There's been a lot of crap about them lately. Check out www.webhostingtalk.com and go to the shared discussions, there was some 1and1 discussed recently.

That is only true of the lowest level account. You can have unlimited domains in the second and third level account.

Well Im not impressed with their support. I know how they treat their customers when it comes to domains so i wouldnt be fancy about buy hosting from them.
