What to look for...
I thought it would be good if we made a list of what people should look for when purchasing a dedicated server...
What is the CPU? What is the bandwidth? How much RAM does it have? Does it have remote resets? Is it Linux, Unix or Windows? What else can you think of? |

Reading reviews made by users who are currently signed up with the company. If majority of them think is a great host, I suggest you going for it.

Reliability is one thing, but thinking of what scripts you will be using and whether they are compatible with the server is another one I thought of. For instance, some require PHP 5, some PHP 4. You want to make sure your server has the qualifications to do what you want.
