Probably fuzioned hosting, very good surport and the guy who runs fuzioned hosting was in hospital for a little while and he even went online on his forum and was offering support! Now that is service!

Haha. I try and avoid using customer support, so I rarely come into contact with support enough to rate anyone.

Hiya - this is my first post on the forum...
My best experience has been with SRLNet and PowerVPS - they've always gone above and beyond the call of duty for me. I've also been entirely satisfied with the people at Sonnet Hosting in the UK, and Clook, but really I've not had any problems that I needed help with from the last two so I haven't tested their customer service. |

I've had some pretty good luck with MaxCompute
I screwed up once with my Frontpage Extensions, and they helped me out right away. I've been with them about a year and havent noticed any downtime either. |
