Cheapest Domain Registrar?

hey guys i am looking for the cheapest domain registrar just curious what are the cheapest domain you bough and from which domain registrar?

I would suggest you right now to NOT go for cheap registrars, you won't be happy! Here is the explanation:

A .com domain is sold to registrars for 5$ <-- That is the original PRICE!!! sorry you and me can't get it for 5$, maybe start a registration company

So every registrar around 6-7$ is cheap!

I would recommend namecheap, i personally have 5 domains there and love it. The charge 9$ per domain/year and believe me its worth it!
They are fast, there nameservers change within 1 hour!

I recomand to you namecheap too. I have more than 30 domains ( not .info domain ) , and hosting too. I didn`t have problems fortunately till now.

It depends on what extension you plan on buying the most. Some registrars are more competitively priced with .com's, .net's, etc. as opposed to ccTLDs.

Goddady sells at $7.2, 1and1 sells at $6 so these are what i find cheapest for .com domains as $4-5 is there cost(except top companies) as most of registrars are resellers of some domain agencies. Even u can become a Godaddy reseller and can sell domains like any other registrars.

i use postshadow. they are very cheap for doamins

cheapest domain is Info for the first year, you can get it for 1$ or less
many hosting companies will also offer you a domain for free (com/net/org)

Don't go with cheapest. Go with reputable registrar. In reputable registrar list, Godaddy is the cheapest.
