url mod_rewrite for phpbb

wanted to mod-rewrite my phpbb forum inorder to be search engine friendly but dont know where to start..any ideas?

I installed a mod_rewrite on a bunch of my forums. Search on the phpBB search forums, or make a post. I would suggest finding the mod-rewrite that makes the url:

domain.com/threadName_###.html

rather than,

domain.com/####.html
