Just change it like this. If you have the command line (in which is start -> run -> type "cmd") and if you can type "mysqladmin" - and see a bunch of output text, you're good to go. Simply type this:

mysqladmin -u root password NEWPASSWORD

Just replace NEWPASSWORD with the password you want to use. You can also replace "root" to change that users' password, if it exists.

Or sometime username and password both are " root ". Why not Install php and MySQL manually ? Its pretty easy to do.

Yep but wamp is easier and it comes all fancy and installed.

You dont have to kill yourself doing something that is alredy done

For example if you have a mysql connect function in php you dont need to make a new one everytime you start a new script :P

well its just you have to make a include file and put password and user id. Thats nothing. But again its in php programming not in configuration. or do you mean in php ini ? in that case you just have to remove ";".

Its rather learning how to do it than killing yr self.It might take time first time but after that its nothing.

Lol i was only giving an example For example if you want bread you will buy bread and not flour and the other ingredients because you would be just loosing time , since wamp exists we should use it in that way we wont loose time.

I think you didn't get what i said. It take time only first time coz you have to know where to put right files. Also by that you know what you are doing and what is the process. Why 95% people manually install Apache in real time web servers ?
