This is a digg like site for finance related news from India and please review the adsense placement and how the upper part of the webpage(header) can be improved. Reps for all reviewers.

Good overall design and colors match, good ad placements. However, some spelling errors spotted here and there, like Share Buzzs.

You can also make full use of the footer, which now currently only contains 2 links.

Try to use a three column template, it is better than three coulmn.
and try to improve your page rank.

To start off with the header, those falling dollar on the right don't look professional.. they look like from a scammy affiliate program. You should also restrict title length and read some things on alternating colors.
