Marketing websites in Orkut.Com
Orkut.Com has thousands of Indians, Brazillians so advertising any thing via orkut to these people may bring good results as there are no big restrictions there. Have u ever tried and what were the results. I got good traffic from orkut communities.

It is definitely SPAM and sooner or later you might get into trouble because most ad companies do not tolerate SPAM.

You can actually try orkut but caution should be there before trying and should not be found as spam, instead you can post in disguise as an help to someone without the intention of spamming and try it. Orkut is not as famous in other countries other than the above two mentioned by you, hence a waste of time.
