stupid question about links in the footer

I have a project i'm working on at the moment for my travel agency and i have a small problem that bothers me.

it's a template we purchased from a local designer.
i am not very good with html and all that and i need your help with this one.
As you can see on the homepage, the links in the footer are regular color (blue) but on another page i did http://www.fly2brazil.co.il/saop.html the link are grey...

first question is, except for the visual and aesthetic issue does it matter (SEO point of view, search engine problem maybe?...)?
2nd question, how do i change those link in blue back to grey, without changing it for the whole page?
