Best Place to buy WebMaster Traffic?

Hi all,

I have tried a couple of low cost traffic sources that weren't worth it and just did a pop under. Some that I'm looking at SOUND good and say they send real visitors, some say they send traffic from expired domains. I just don't trust most of them. I know you get what you pay for and I'm not totally cheap, but want a large volume of webmaster type traffic from a source that people here have tried and trust.

Any suggestions?

Place your text link/banner on webmaster related sites/forums/blogs. Blog posts on webmaster sites will also help you. Article marketing can also bring you some fruit.

You'll find a ton of webmasters on various forums. I can think of a couple - NamePros.com, and BZImage.org.

Buying traffic is more or less useless. I have not seen any kind of conversions from it.
