There are hosts that are $3/month, but why not spend just a little more ($9 - $12) and get alot more quality. Hosting has become cheaper than the price of coffee and that is why the quality has gone down - anyone can open a hosting business now days.

if you want very cheap hosting then go to eBay, they have some very cheap offers there

if you go to namepros, you can use you NP$ to get very cheap hosting, like 30NP$ a month, and thats easy to make each month
