Well, lets help everyone at the forum, and show them what free hosts they shouldnt use.

I would not use tripod or geocities as a free host. I had not luck at all with tripod and have had friends who used geocities and were not happy.

All I have to say about free hosts is, beware of any that have only been around a few days - few months, they usually dissapear after that.

tripod fortunecity and geocities.... i hate them... even though the have been here for quite a looooooong time.... still they never improve!

yeah... i guess geocities now takes up abt half of ur page for their own ad.... this stinks!! with so much competition around , do they still have to act this cheaply??

Tripod and Geocities are useful in 90s but I don't think those are useful right now. It's just IMHO

Yeah freewebs is pretty nice. They offer a great setup and you can pick from like 12 different templates in like 5 different colors each I THINK.
Not many ads, so very good, good up-time and great service. |

Some people complain of ads on Freewebs, but as for ads they are the best. Very few if any.
