Seeking Partner/Content Writer *semi-paid*

Overview

I am seeking a partner to help me run my community for forum administrators and moderators with a highlight on writing of content. This partner will assist in decision-making, be a part of the community, write original articles on the topic of forums, and will ultimately become part of the admin staff. This position WILL be semi-paid, but there is no guaranteed income. Money will be received when it is available and work is needed. Money will not be received for administration work, but instead for original articles. The most important aspect to recognize is that this job should be one of interest, not money. You will be compensated for any written articles in the end, but realize that your motivation to jump on board should be that of becoming an integral part of a great community, helping others.

Background
====================

AdminFusion is a community for forum administrators and moderators that has been open for 2 weeks now. We are growing very rapidly - 50+ users, averaging 5 new users per day with 65+ posts per day. I have modded, promoted, and administered the forums alone since day 1. I only know of two other substantial forums in existence similar to mine, thus there is great potential to be had here. I handle all financial aspects including hosting, licensing, advertising, and revenue.

Requirements

Experience and Skills

- Substantial forum administration experience including but not limited to:

• forum creation
• promotion
• management/administration
• modification*
• optimization*
• revenue
• advertising

- *No experience is needed with code of any sort, only knowledge of the need/effect of various modifications on forums is needed.
- The above requirements are needed for the writing of articles
- Skilled in grammar and the english language

Character/Personality

- Genuine interest in development and management of forums
- Moderate conscience - able to make good and fair decisions
- 2-4 hours spent online per day (with exceptions)
- Can be contacted via AIM or MSN when online
