Webhosting Talk site for sale

i am selling this website because i am going to be setting up a website design and hosting company up soon. so its not really a good idea to be running a site with other companies that offer the same as me ?

this website has a forum and a (reviews) section but sadly i can not give this with the site as it is a custom script i have worked on with a friend that we don’t want to sell

but you will be getting the forum and the data we have on the reviews section so you could move it to a platform of your chose.

this website gets 50cents per click on most ads sometimes more.

traffic is a bit lower then it use to be but when it had more it was making about around $5 a day so you could easily make this and more if you put a bit of work in to it.

it also has a few page one ranks in google on some search topics on the fourms but i did check this a long time ago know. The mods I have at the moment are also willing to still help mod the site
