Nice list.... have you tried all of these?

I'd be interested to know if they offer just plain old banner ads, or if they want to serve rich media ones / anything else intrusive.

I'm having problems finding decent advertising services that don't irritate my users.

The rates are very low. Do they pay if we send autosurf traffic?

Has anyone tried this yet?

Some of those banner types sites end up trying to download something or a pop up arrives, or some virus may try to appear on you so be careful not to let anything download.

Some places do not allow auto surfs and they may and will catch that you put the sites on auto surfs.

neoffic is another site for banner impressiong, paying $1CPM, but it only accept traffic from certain countries only.
