I suggest strongly www.microsonic.org. If not then you shpuld go to www.freehostforum.com. If not that then u should go to 50 megs.com
Microsonic.org= Good quality hosting with Cpanel also has PHP , Perl, HTML, and shell
freehostforum.com= Okay quality hosting but no PHP perl or shell
50megs.com Better quality hosting than freehostforum.com no perl, php, or shell.

All those webhosts and i dont know which ones are better, seems like what one has the other one doesnt have, sort of like a teter-todor back forth between all them, i dont know about any of those but zeeblo has some good hosting
