Hit Counter + Visitor's country

I have been looking for a hitcounter to use on my site. I need one that doesnt have any advert of another company on it (like bravenet). Another thing which I'm looking for is the script which can track the country of visitor while he is on the website and we can further post it like "We welcome members from Spain" etc.
