No, you can't access to RegistryRocket through a retail account.
However you can setup RegistryRocket links and create sub accounts through a reseller account. |

ok. you also can create sub-reseller account if you have a $8.95 enom reseller account. You will earn $12-8.95 = $3.05 if your sub accounts sell domains for $12 (or buy domains for themselves).

oh! okay.. i understand. It is tough to register domain by having sub-account with not registry rocket tool.
