Youtube Clone Script and ffmpeg
Has anyone got this script to work without any ffmpeg errors? How did you do it? What hosts have ffmpeg pre-installed and allow video hosting sites in their TOS?

Tryed to get it to work on someone elses site and was never able to. I believe most hosts allow video hosting if there is no hosting in it.

Actually many hosts including Hostgator, Bluhost, and Dreamhost do not have this installed because they know it can be a strain on their servers.

I used a youtube clone scripts and after minutes to test it with fews friends my site was down.

I also have a copy of the script but haven't tried installing it, as I've heard that it sucks!!!

I haven't tried installing it because everyone I hear from says they cannot get it to work.
