Can anyone recommend a good wiki script?

I have the domain, and hosting, but what I need is a good free script wherby i can add adsense. Any recommendations? Maybe a script that can be customized....

I dont have the technical know-how to get started, but hopefully I will find someone to assist.

Anyone on this forum have a wiki?

How about TikiWiki or PhpWiki? Both of these can be auto-installed if your host has Fantastico.

Use http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki - you'll get a site with about the same functionality as Wikipedia.
