Due to the serious vulnerabilities in all of these, I would go with 16> custom cms

For my own personal site, I use Wordpress, simply because I don't want to have to write a blog/comment setup into my CMS. However, for the most part, unless a forum is used, I use my own , custom developed CMS.

I have been using Mambo. It's a bit tricky at first. But if you get to know the code flow, Mambo is not so difficult to customize. Joomla is similar to Mambo because they have common core developers.

Wordpress could also fall under Content Management System (CMS) because it has a facility to manage content. This blog script is easy to install and customize. Good documentation about Wordpress is readily available online.

Thanks loon for sharing this information! The info gives a good idea about every CMS you listed and the benefits and advantages associated with them.

You may also like to see into CMS Made Simple http://cmsmadesimple.org/ which although happens to be a comparatively lesser known package, looks worthy of a look.
