Automatic or "easy" web site creating tools usually are very unfunctional and bugged. So I would never use any of them.

Who exactly validates design as web 2.0? Is there a committee of designers who allow this title or what...

I dislike all these "easy site building" tools coz they make people think anyone can build a good website and it takes work away from good webdesigners and developers.
