Default Setting up your own server

Does anyone know of a site that offers a tutorial of how to set up your own tutorial? I am going to try to set up my own server but would like a bit of direction before I start. Thanks

Well...what kind of server are you trying to set-up? I'm going to assume you're trying to set-up a web-server. There's an article on this web-site called lifehacker called: "Geek to Live: How to set up a personal home web server". I found it by just searching on google for web-server tutorial.

I think you should specify what kind of server you are going to run because it's very importnt. Different servers are run in different ways.

You could try abstracting and indexing sites. They relate to tutorials in different forms.
