I have a newly created directory for "parked domains" and domains "for sale".

That’s a really good idea, not only one would get interested buyers but also some back links which should raise the value of the domains.

do most parking sites not want you to promote your domain in anyway once parked?

come to find out it is against terms of service to promote a domain in a directory once it is parked. Not a good idea for domain parkers.
