Paypal problem ?

I guess someone must have the problem of verify your paypal account .
I had problem with no credit card and i am not from USA . So , i don't have USA bank account .
Luckily , i got a prepaid master card from my local bank . It's really great new for me . How do you come across this ? If you like to find out , just post it here !
