Programming

I am starting a web site and would like to use a program like Photoshop but its very expensive. Can I find this for free or half price anywhere? And if not, are there programs like this that work just as well?

gimp2.0 is free, and like photoshop.

I am using solaris 10 os, which has gimp2.0 built-in;

On the other hand, Photoshop and the other image editors are not related to programming I think you choosed wrong title

Gimp is very common free, but I am not sure if there is a Gimp version for Windows. Because it is normally Linux based image editor.
