After you have signed into your profile you will see these options

Account Type , Ad image , Update Company Profile,
Special Offers/News , Create Plan ,Update Plans , Logout

Just click on create plan to add your host to the Hosting Directory, you can add unlimited plans to the site.

The one problem I see is that there is no section for free hosting providers, and you have posted this offer on a free hosting forum.

You'll get a lot more people from here to post offers on there if you setup a free hosting section.
