Can anyone provide me some tips on how to move from one reseller to another and if it's even possible?

you can try to backup everything.I means all account after that move to new reseller.
But you should require your client change dns when you move to new server.

Its a hassle when it comes to moving a server, I have to do this now to my own hosting services

It definitely is a hassle! It takes hours if you have a lot of files. I'm going to have to move really soon as well and my being too busy (and tired of moving!) is causing the delay. Sometimes I really feel like just giving up.

Just make sure you have all your files backed up properly, and keep your fingers crossed that everything shifts to your new account without any problems.

This will definitely give you a headache.
I suggest you to ask your hosting provider to do this.
They might charge a premium,but it is worth paying the premium.
