i think if you submit article in many article submission, it's can bring backlinks for increase traffic and also good for promotion program do well..
for with same article's, it's not problem if you can choice do follow submission website... thanks

There is no harm in submitting your article in various article directories. You must have copyright declaration over there. Some sites can help you to achieve good rankings in search engines and some can also help you to achieve target traffic to your site. But remember writing and submitting your own article is just one of your SEO efforts. So don't expect to get more from that.

You can submit one article in 10-15 sites but then not more than that as it would be considered as spamming.
