Xoopiter.com- Good for Forums

When I went searching for a free webhost, I would have to say Xoopiter.com is the best if you are looking to host a forum.

The major problem with them is that it took them months to set up my free account. Which got very annoying.

Anyone else have any reviews about them?

I havent been to xoopiter.com but if it takes some one
one month to setup up my account, i want be with them.
I have seen better hosting for free and it dosent take that
much time as well.
