Default cPanel, xPanel & LayeredPanel

i heard others said free hosting is more suitable for xPanel and LayeredPanel but not so suitable for cPanel. What do you all think?

Actually most of the free hosting that I have used had cpanel. It is very good and it also attracts more people to your hosting.
