There may be some search engines that people use other than google. That's my main one, but that's not to say others don't use other ones.

Idea of submitting for website to small websites is not a bad idea, as it won't harm you in anyway. So better go ahead and submit.

As already mentioned in previous post, yeah I've also seen they can on occasion fetch a great deal of traffic in addition to biggies...like Google, Yahoo!!

I wouldn't care for smaller search engines once Google and Yahoo! bring me good results.

Yeah..there is indeed no harm in listing to small search engines. Though it counts towards a small income.....the idea is worth it!

Free stuff is always good. Smaller search engines overall do help you generate some traffic.
