Is it safe to click pay now by paypal in Ebay
I win an auction and click pay now, then click pay with
Paypal. Then the payment does not go thru.I Call PayPal and they say"you can pay by going to the Paypal home site and using the sellers email,"This works but is annoying. No one seems to have the answer to this. |

I am US based and have never experienced a problem. Perhaps it is the International aspect that is causing the problem??
