There are many you can use, and whether it's best or not depends on individual tastes. I like digpagerank, they come up with the results really fast and I think it's a pretty reliable site.

I think iwebtools has many page rank checkers and related tools. Bad thing is you wont get same result with all those tools in these sites.

I would go with digpagerank because iwebtool has been acting very weird to my PC. Sometime it gives out right result for my pagerank prediction. The other time it just say insufficient links.
