If it's the link in your sig, then I would start by making it more clear what your site is, and why people should use it. If you don't do that, then all the SEO tricks won't really help you at all.

He has used a good software on his directory, His adsense are quite good looking, No need of any more comments on his directory, He has worked really well on it.
