Moneybookers can send and withdraw money easy than Paypal in my country . I think it depends on your country you live in . If you live in U.S , Paypal is best .

Never Say Die is on a distinguished road

I would say Paypal is better of the both payment processors. The reason is that Paypal is more commonly used and widely accepted. Most programs prefer paying through Paypal. Ebay also depends on Paypal to track payments. Moneybookers is less common
