I would say adsense. They are the highest paying PPC program out there and it's great to use on your site.

but first u have some traffic for using adsense... n yes their rules are tuff y u not using adbrite... its also a nice ads company...

Adsense is great if it was in the right place of the page but if you can't control it at your hosted sites then a cpm ads is the best choice.

If adsense is not an option, I would use Bidvertiser.com. They do not pay for impression, but their rates and tools almost match adsense. They also have loose TOS, so you may get away with more with your website. You should give them a try!

Google Adsense would be the best program but you might get your account ban if your members do anything upsets their TOS. You can run a little link books which wouldn't hurt members layout and also provide advertising service where you can earn.
