Advice on pricing strategies for SEO work

I have recently completed a project for a real estate client and she reached top rankings on 2 out of 3 search engines.
What do you think is a decent pricing strategy/model for SEO work. This includes webcopy, linking campaigns, monitoring and such. I have lots of ideas but need everyones thought on this too
