Is this against adsense TOS

I have a website which is about online making money and I am now planning to get an adsense account.
I also plan to put a link to download ‘gmail maker’ software. Do you think google will ban me for this?

no, google ban if you have warez/hosting. also, if google find in your site somethin does against the TOS they send you a warning email.

I think its against TOS.. but you should confirm it by reading adsence TOS because adsence team is always excited to ban the accounts.

The best way is to read the TOS on their website because that would be the official answer. If you don't get answer from it then you may also ask by emailing them.

Its nothing wrong in doing that... More over you hold only the adsense of google in your site and nothing else. So you have no harm it that. It do not violate the TOS of google adsense...
