a friend of mine did verify his paypal with a virtual credit cards, then one day after he has used a us VPN to access his paypal (by error), he got his account limited and had to verify it again with another virtual credit card.
my question: does this happen with real credit cards ? |

I`m sure that for Romania this feature is not ready. I have some friends which told me that they need to verify their accounts only with some CC , there wasn`t accepted all Visa Electron let`s say.
