Dedicated and Virtually Dedicated

Can someone tell me what the difference is between Dedicated Servers and Virtually Dedicated Servers?

There is an lot of differnece between dedicted and virtually dedicated servers. Virtually is not present but it exists. For more information you can check at answers.com

Virtual Dedicated Server[VDS] are just another way of saying Virtual Private Server[VPS].
There are multiple users on a VPS/VDS, but a Dedicated Server is yours and only yours.
There can be multiple sites on there if you want. It's all up to you.

VPS or Virtual Private Server is a sort of dedicated server which is present virtually , i mean that it's some where on net and you get a part of it (virtually) to use, where as Dedicated Server is solely in your control
