Removed PR?
One my blog's PR was removed. It was 3 and it would be more but they removed. I didnt sell any links but i did some paid reviews. Will they restore my PR?

I had the same problem, I also had few paid posts but also I had about 15 links sold.
I removed few links and in the next update I get PR2 but before I had PR3

Sometimes don't jump or panic when this happens. Usually the scenario can be seen especially when they are updating the PR so I would not be worried if I were you. Just check back later like maybe few hours and then confirm on it again.

It could be a temporary drop down, Just be patient you could get your PR back again

how can google knows you get some paid posts? it's something strange here, i think you can send them an email asking a reinclusion or a reevaluation of your blog! still have a question: how can you say if your site have the pr removed or the site was banned?
