any CMS / BLOG + forum with unified login,

what i am looking for is

FORUM + BLOG
FORUM + CMS

i want to start a site which can have a unified login for bloth BLOG/CMS and forum.

so is their any ready made solution or i have to get some custom work done.

Well you could go with Joomla that has a bridge to PHPBB or even vBulletin (or a host of extensions that do a forum setup internally). It has hundreds of extensions to add blogs, chats, events, games, whatever you want basically, under a unified login. If I was putting together such a system, I would use that.

It's open source, has a huge support base of developers working on it, and check out the Extensions tab for all the things you can add in.
