It's a pretty nice site.. but I think it's to standard. You really need some kind of banner, that 'Dating Site' that stands at the top of your page is just to... boring .

Basically, nice. But you 'd better reduce the use of red color, i suggest some more soft colour.

Ok. my review :
1) the server slow..
2) if you want to be proffessional, you need proffessional design and script.
3) "Copyright © 2008 Datingair.com All Rights Reserved Dating Site" change that, it's isn't look good.
4) you sure all the people are real? why some pictures have your rights and other not?

Great Site ! I liked the color combination . and all the ads are aligned to the left without cluttering the whole page.
Choose a proper name for your site, instead of putting the heading as " Dating Site "
