Paypal account limited?

My account was limited, they suspect that someone else has gained access to my account. Yesterday i got call from paypal a dude is asking for re-issue my credit card. Why should i do? Get a new card or aband my account?

if you have money in it try to solve the issue if you donot have money just leave it to them and lets them eat the account

never ever give your credit card someone, i had never heard that paypal people will call and ask for cc details.

Be careful guys. This time many people can easily using any ways just to stole the money from your account. Im also never heard paypal call people but its possible to happen as well. Anyway before you pass any info to them ask them about your account first just to make sure its really from paypal.

I'd say get a new card. It's easier than to open another account which might get you into trouble with paypal.

They limited your account because they suspect that someone else has gained access to your account? And they are asking you to add another Credit Card or Bank Account?? This is the first time that I have heard something like this.

If someone got access to your account, did you find any misuse of your PayPal balance? Or did you find any transactions from your Credit Card that weren't done by you?? And even if the support asked you to add another account, I don't see why you shouldn't do this. You don't have another CC or Debit Card to add?

But as far as I know, a person may have two accounts with PayPal, one of which should be a personal account and the second account should be either premier account or business account. Just think about it and do what you think is good for you.

exactly this happenss when u access ur paypal account froma a differnt IP Address once ina life time ur account wll get limited and u can t do anythg abt it ... ma account too was limiteed recently ihad to send ma docs and fax them to the given no and scan a copy of those docs and uplaod it then ma account got delimited recently added ma bank account too....verified it using VCC

yes, do as per roadripper has suggested, my account to was limited for some reasons,
but after submitting the documents to them , they delimited the account within few hours , so don't bother
