i think the closer one to adsense is ypn and then bidvertiser.

I have tried bidvertiser before but My earning from it really dissapointed. Even the minimum payout is about $10 but seems like a bit hard to reach.

try adbrite and bidvertiser.Widgetbucks is great when u r getting lots of USA hits.

I feel Bidvertiser is a good alternative for adsense
moreover it pays directly to Paypal, its an added advantage .
I'll say stay away from widget bucks , it never paid me
