so should i go with VPS or dedicated,

also what are advantages and disadvantages of both the system's

How much resources are you using per month? ( disk space and bandwidth? )

Also are you running a majority of dynamic/PHP content?

Dedicated Server - Your own leased server.... The advantages are endless, the disadvantages is that in most cases you need to get the server managed or manage it yourself.

Do you know the technical differences of these two types of servers?

VPS - Virtual OS

Dedicated Server - One core OS, non virtual.
