Large Quality Free Directory List

The list is updated often, and the primary focus of this list is new directories. I will explain the reason below...

Newer directories are a great choice for submitters. I run a small directory submission service myself, so I know that when people pay to submit to directories they actually want to get listed.

High PR free directories often have large backlogs of free submissions, and it can take months to review them. Some of these directories have E-mail notifications turned off, and I suspect some of them simply delete free submissions. Such high PR free directories are better for paid submissions.

Newer free directories often have few listings, and a motivated directory owner behind the scene. They want to populate their directories, so they approve free submissions quickly and have more relaxed listing standards. And since it is a newer directory, there are less listings competing with yours.
